Discover the Seaside!

To escape the busy days in the city of London, I will recommend you a day at the Seaside. To be more specific, a day in Brighton. With a journey of a bit more than an hour on the train, you can reach the beautiful seaside of England.

After you arrive at the train station, the best way is to walk along the main road down to the sea. There are plenty of shops and bars on this road. After you arrived to the sea, my advice for you is to walk along the beach. A lot of restaurants who offers the typical fish and chips or small stands to get ice cream on a warm summer day are located at the beach.

At the beach, it is impossible to miss the big Brighton Palace Pier. The pier who stretches itself into the sea for a half a kilometer, is full of fairground rides, sweety shops and arcade games. Especially the sounds of all the different game machines make this a really funny experience.

As there are a lot of universities and language schools in Brighton, you are going to see a lot of young people and particularly from all over the world.

I will list you below some other locations you can visit if you have enough time on your trip to Brighton.

Brighton Fishing Museum

This small museum right on the seafront is free to visit and you can find knowledge about the fishing industry and the seaside of Brighton.

The Sea Life Centre

This Sea Life Aquarium is one of the oldest aquarium of the world. You can discover many creatures you have probably never seen before. There are 5’500 creatures to see closer than ever before.

British Airways i360

The viewing tower is the newest tourist attraction in London. This giant pole extends 162 meters above the seafront will take you a half an hour journey and gives you a fantastic view of the ocean and Brighton itself.
